Enhance installation functions for runtimes and browsers

Updated the installFullRuntime function to include additional .NET desktop runtimes and JRE installations. Modified the installBrowsers function to add LibreWolf as an option and reorganized browser installation cases.

Runtime installer now works on windows 10 1809

• Runtime Installer Compatibility: The runtime installer now works on Windows 10 Build 1809.
  • Note: In older versions (like 1809), the command to enable running PS1 scripts differs from newer builds (1903 and above). While running the command on both versions will result in an error, this error is safe to ignore.

• Windows Update Fix: This feature is still not functioning as expected.
• App Uninstallation: The uninstallation process for certain apps is still not working properly.
