• Update the development and release SDK to .NET 11 RC1 (11.0.100-rc.1.26425.128) and align the .NET analyzers.
• Refresh the README and installation guide with the published NuGet package IDs, release history, and retained UI samples.
• Correct package release-note metadata and distinguish the historical Preview 4 performance baseline from RC1 validation.
• Update one existing test assertion for the newer analyzer.

Validation

The local release gate passed: 283 tests including Windows integration, the 93-test non-integration subset, six-package boundary checks, an isolated package-consumer smoke test, the transparency sample, and 16 benchmark dry runs. See local validation results.

The library targets net11.0-windows on prerelease .NET 11. The documented DirectComposition and UpdateLayeredWindow fallback limitations still apply.
