No public API change; the Kadr library surface is identical to 0.16.0.

The 15 tests skipped since v0.13 — filters, audio mixing, reverse — now run on
every pull request. They were never blocked by hardware: swift-testing
parallelises by default and this suite exhausted VideoToolbox's concurrent
sessions, failing as an opaque -11821 Cannot Decode. Serialised, all 562 pass.

Examples/ is now a build target, so the examples cannot rot — two of them
already had. Six cycles of previously undemonstrated API gained showcases.
