Summary

• closes Wallet Connection State Persistence Across Page Refresh #467: cache the connected wallet in sessionStorage and silently re-verify on mount so a refresh doesn't force re-approval; wallet address now shows in the header nav.
• closes Error Boundary with Auto-Retry for Stellar RPC Failures #466: StellarErrorBoundary + useStellarQuery add retry-with-backoff (1s→30s cap) around the invoice Pay section, distinguishing network vs. contract errors.
• closes Skeleton Loading States for Invoice Cards #465: skeleton cards now match InvoiceCard's real layout and the dashboard shows 8 on initial load instead of 3.
• closes Invoice Status Filter Chips with URL State Sync #464: status filter chips (Pending/Funded/Partial/Released/Expired, derived from the SDK's 3-value status model) synced to ?status= in the URL.

Test plan

• npx tsc --noEmit and npm run lint (already verified clean locally)
• Manually verify: refresh after connecting Freighter reconnects without a popup
• Manually verify: /dashboard shows 8 skeletons then real cards with no flash
• Manually verify: toggling status chips updates the URL and filters the list
• Manually verify: simulate an RPC failure on an invoice page to see the Retry → backoff → "Check your connection" flow
