Observer Quorum Verification: Complete typed SDK, API, and contract support for pure M-of-N threshold observer quorum (setCaseQuorum, getCaseQuorum, submitObserverAttestation, getAttestedObservers) with historical attestation persistence and revocation safety.
Dispute State Machine & Expiration TTL: Strict BREAK-only dispute entry, two-party matching resolution enforcement, custom dispute TTL support (openDisputeWithTtl, getDisputeExpiration, expireDispute), and indexer ingestion of DisputeExpired events.
Real-Time Streaming Indexer: WebSocket contract event streaming with atomic cursor failure isolation, bounded replay buffer, and database fallback.
Transaction Hash Integrity: Strict 64-character hex transaction hash extraction eliminating simulated hashes from production paths.

Flow G (Finalized Immutability): Mutation attempts on finalized case blocked on-chain with CaseAlreadyFinalized (Error #7).
