  • Update notices show which environment will be upgraded and use its active
    Python (or uv) for the suggested command. A failed update check no longer
    prevents the CLI from starting.
  • Install scripts install from the local source archive and report the full
    paths to the environment and executable. The README clarifies which release
    archive includes those scripts.
