MoonAliza 0.7 adds saved general chat without choosing a folder. Ask questions, explore ideas and plan with a local or explicitly allowed cloud profile. General chat exposes no filesystem, command or web browsing tools.

Attach or create a workspace when you need coding tools. Workspace transitions create a new conversation with only the text you review; original histories stay saved and privacy restrictions are preserved. This release also preserves drafts after refused run admission and keeps conversation privacy during context recovery.

Local verification: complete 470-test run, followed by 12 final UI tests after two recovery fixes (472 distinct cases); typecheck, lint, native/app builds and Electron/SQLite runtime pass. All seven source and all seven packaged desktop workflows pass. The package matches every compiled app asset and the native helper. See verification.json for exact identities and current-head CI results.

Schema v2 migrates existing v1 histories. Older app versions cannot reopen the upgraded database. Tests use isolated app data; installed-app upgrade/uninstall and broad production/model qualification are not claimed. Research jobs and browsing tools remain a separate stage. Building this installer did not replace the user's installed app.

Both Windows verification runs passed on source commit f74ec698d13feb7c529657d860c670c94feabfb9: push and pull request.

Each current-head CI run passed 472 tests across 36 files and all seven source desktop workflows. Installer packaging and the seven packaged desktop workflows passed locally; those steps are workflow-dispatch-only and were skipped in the push/pull-request CI runs.
