Update ChartJs asset to latest version

As mentionned in #303 Pshtml works fine with Chart.js prior version 3.
In this story we should evaluate and upgrade chart.js that is shipped with PSHTML to the latest version ([4.4.3](https://github.com/chartjs/Chart.js/releases/tag/v4.4.3))
