BlackJack in the rankings

Blackjack wins,losses, profits, etc. now contribute to the overall gambling stats.
Also added placeholders to get gambling ranks

ex.
%litegamble_wins_rank_1% yields the name
%litegamble_wins_rank_1_val% yields the value

this is for wins, profits, losses, total, and win-rate

Also added the win sound for when you get a natural blackjack

Added Blackjack
/blackjack [bet]
permission: litecoin.commands.blackjack

If players try to quit a game, they have 5 minutes to rejoin or else they will lose the bet (This might actually take them into the negative if they spend more coins in between!!!!!) Frankly, it is a fitting punishment for cheating the dealer.

If the server turns off while their game is on this waiting period, they suffer no penalty.

Gambling Statification

• Gambling stats are now recorded (profits, wins, total gambles, win rate)
• If you are using this in your plugin, you can access player names with the Profile HashMap profiles if you want. This is how you have to access player gambling stats
• /gamble stats will display the stats of the command sender
• Many new placeholders added, see README

Litecoin placeholder

• PlaceholderAPI is now a softdependency
• coin placeholder is called litecoin and it should display the player balance
• rank placeholder called "litecoin_#" and it will return the player whose name is that rank

Baltop + spelling fix

Add baltop command
/baltop
permission: litecoin.commands.baltop
displays the top 3 players for litecoin ownership

Fix gammble spelling error

There is a new config file, settings.yml. The chance value represents a chance percentage to win as a decimal and the cooldown represents the command cooldown as minutes. You're allowed to use decimals for the cooldown as well.
