The CALIPER practice call handset for Android. This is the current build.
What changed: the app connects on its own and goes straight to the call. It
opens against the address the device last used, or the permanent instance at
https://caliper-77ma.onrender.com, checks that the host actually answers, and
navigates. A button cancels that and takes any other address, which is what keeps
the binary useful when a development tunnel gets a new hostname.
It also waits for a run instead of dead ending. The intended shape is two devices
on one run: the laptop runs the audit and a human approves the diagnosis, and the
phone attaches itself within a few seconds with nobody touching it. Measured at
under eight seconds. The phone can also start the audit itself.
Install: download the APK, then allow installs from your browser or file
manager when Android asks. You will be asked for microphone permission the first
time you start a call.
Signed release build, APK Signature Scheme v2, not debuggable.
