Changes

  • Improved CLI menus

    • rup config now uses dialoguer with interactive, colorful menus to choose API and expiration time (for litterbox).

  • More informative status command

    • rup status shows each API as ONLINE/OFFLINE with colors, highlights the configured API, and displays latency in ms per service.

  • Better upload progress

    • Progress bars for all APIs now include percentage (%), speed, ETA, and a smoother spinner.

  • Improved CLI help

    • rup --help has clearer description, usage examples, and an overview of supported APIs.

RuP - 1.0.2

This release adds support for multiple file hosting APIs and improves upload performance with real-time progress tracking.

  • Multiple API Support
    Added support for additional anonymous file hosting services:

    • temp.sh: Up to 4GB files, expire after 3 days
    • uguu.se: Up to 128 MiB files, expire after 3 hours
    • Existing Litterbox support maintained (up to 1GB, configurable expiration)

  • Real-time Upload Progress
    Implemented streaming uploads with live progress bars, replacing memory-intensive full-file loading for better performance and user feedback.

First release of RuP!, a simple and efficient Rust CLI tool for uploading files to APIs. Currently supports Litterbox, with configurable expiration times.
