Fire TV setup UX release: Xtream opens first, initial focus stays on provider selection, optional fields are collapsed, Finish setup remains reachable, HTTP and HTTPS Xtream servers are explicitly accepted, and first import now has a live progress log with counts, retry, editable details, and clear errors.
