Fixes Fire TV setup navigation: text fields no longer open the keyboard when merely focused and now require Select. The Finish setup action is always visible in a fixed footer, stays available after validation errors, and uses a plain readable label. The same press-to-edit behavior now applies to every text field in StreamGuide.
