Removes 50 MB playlist cap, parses huge Xtream+M3U line-by-line; memory-safe persistence via JSON Lines and streaming EPG XML SAX; adds startup refresh config: auto-update on/off, EPG on app start, and playlist on app start; fixes OOM heap allocation error; Xtream category support added for /movie/ /series/ skip; top navigation switches instantly on focus.
