Remote-navigation overhaul and large-guide stability fixes.

  • Live TV is the default screen.
  • Search, Multiview and Settings moved into a focused left-side app menu.
  • Channel actions moved into a focused right-side menu: favorite, move, lock, Multiview, guide width and manual update.
  • Fire TV remote Options/Menu button opens channel actions while browsing Live TV.
  • Settings now exposes working EPG auto-update, launch refresh, update interval, EPG-only refresh, playlist launch refresh and full manual refresh controls.
  • Fixed first-character search crashes by indexing EPG programmes once and reusing the index while typing.
  • Fixed long-list instability by removing per-row full-EPG scans and repeated group-count scans.

Device note: built and tested for Fire OS/Android TV; physical Fire TV navigation validation remains pending.
