model clone

The model's clone is created with reproducing the links between PetriSim objects. Only links by combine places are considered in method clone() are developed and tested. The links by initializing action given by method doT() should be tested afterwards.

The array links and method linkObjectsCombiningPlaces() is added. Every call of method linkObjectsCombiningPlaces() is accompanied by adding to array links the object of private type LinkByPlaces. This type save information about places of PetriSim objects which are linked (in detail, Petrisim object plus number of place in it's list of places).

New version contains the possibility of clone.
You can use clone() if you construct model using linkObjectsCombiningPlaces() . See getModel() in TestPetriObjPaint class. If you create combine places this way the you can create model's clone:
model.clone().
If don't use linkObjectsCombiningPlaces() for combining places model's clone will have clones of PetriSim objects but without links between them.
