• Wire revision 2026-10-02e (specs/wire.yml, byte for byte with Teach 0.18.5): a course policy's
  enrollment.device_moves defaults to auto, so a student enrolling from a second computer is enrolled as soon as
  they set their password. Teach holds the computer for an instructor's approval (device_move_pending) only when the
  instructor sets approve. rEach's own handling of a pending or denied move is unchanged. rEach 0.18.2 and older
  carry the previous wire digest and refuse a Teach 0.18.5 enrollment with M-ENROLL-WIRE until they update.
