• The waterfall is drawn smoothly again. 0.1.0 drew each cell of a wide
  view on its own, so that a carrier one cell wide kept its full strength,
  but on a real band that made the whole picture harsher and blockier; this
  goes back to blending neighbouring cells, as before 0.1.0.
