TokenGauge brings Claude Code and Codex usage to the macOS menu bar.

• Choose Codex, Claude Code, or Unified. Unified shows both independent balances in the menu bar and both quota cards together.
• See quota windows, reset times, and seven days of token activity. Each individual view keeps its own chart; Luna reserve can be hidden in Settings.
• Track either subscription independently, preserve local history, and get setup guidance when a provider is missing or signed out.
• Native Settings and About, English and Spanish, and optional launch at login.
• Signed in-app updates with inline download progress, retry, and relaunch.

Install

Requires macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon. Download TokenGauge-1.0.0.dmg, drag TokenGauge to Applications, and open it. Install and sign in to the Codex CLI or Claude Code provider you use; both are not required.

No Accessibility, Automation, Screen Recording, or Full Disk Access is required. Claude quota uses its existing local sign-in credential in read-only mode. TokenGauge does not send model requests or collect telemetry.

The ZIP and signed appcast are the in-app update channel. Source and privacy details are in the README and SECURITY.md.
