One download now works on a new Mac and on an older one. You still get a useful look at drive space, memory, CPU, and the rest that Mac can show. Newer Macs get more detail; older Macs are not turned away.
Download MacGlance.dmg, open it, and double-click Open Mac Glance. If your Mac asks whether you are sure, choose Open. If it says the app is damaged, it is not — use Open Mac Glance on the disk. A browser window should appear. Drag the app to Applications if you want to keep it.
Nothing is uploaded. The app only runs while you are using it.
