This release adds a C64 version for the TeensyROM. It should, I think, work on any cart that supports the SwiftLink/Turbo232 io addresses. It runs in polling mode, not IRQ. It was tested using a TeensyROM.

The release also adds a Help menu item in the in-game menu. This just pops up a screen (Atari) or two (Apple2, C64 and SDL2), with helpful information. I could only fit one screen on the Atari (RAM constrained).

Lastly, Blitz is now the default mode -- There's almost always someone to play in Blitz, but in standard it is not as easy to find games. This way, New Game almost certainly, out the gate, starts a game, rather than going to Seek mode, seeking an opponent.
