Task cards now show total subagents and running subagents across the complete nested hierarchy, even while collapsed.

  • Observe reachable child catalogs while a card is displayed; release catalog interest when it leaves the board.
  • Mark loading, failed, or diagnostic catalogs as partial totals.
  • Filter the expanded hierarchy to Running agents or Waiting agents while retaining ancestor paths.
  • Show One-shot and Continuable agent types alongside activity and available model details.
  • Preserve existing session navigation and top-level task statistics.

Validation: typecheck, build, and 67 plugin tests passed, including nested counts, membership removal, incomplete catalogs, cycle handling, filters, and subscription cleanup.
