리포트를 자동 생성하기 위해 Google Gemini API(3.5-flash) 연동 로직 구현

[상세 작업 내용]

• RestTemplate 기반의 GeminiApiService 구현
• Fallback 로직 적용
• JSON 출력 스키마 프롬프트 설계 (요약 통계, 핵심 노드, AI 리뷰, 추천 노드, 유저별 활동 통계)

[TODO]

• 임시 더미 코드 제거 후 DB 연동 TODO 주석만 남겨둠
• 추후 도메인 엔티티 확정 시, ReportService에서 실제 통계 데이터를 집계하여 AI 프롬프트 Context로 주입하는 로직 구현 필요
