Minor change, but I noticed the API project wouldn't build as the
.csprojprovided an absolute path for the XML documentation file path, that doesn't exist outside of @Stone-Red-Code's local machine.This change updates the settings to use the actual directory of the project, allowing it to work on anybody's machine.
