uses: StoneMoe/setup-antlr4@v2

In v1.0, this action will throw file existed error if file C:\JavaLib\antlr4.jar(Windows) or /tmp/antlr4.jar(Other OS) exists.
In v2, this action will overwrite file antlr4.jar silently.
