citation correction

Hi,

currently, the citation looks a bit funny on bioconductor:

Citation (from within R, enter citation("qvalue")):

Bass JDSwcfAJ, Dabney A, Robinson D (2018). qvalue: Q-value estimation for false discovery rate control. R package version 2.14.0, http://github.com/jdstorey/qvalue.

I suppose this should be "Bass AJ"?

I was wondering about the absence of Mr Storey. Should he be included as last author in the citation?
