Codec table, stream convert/export, root only where mounts exist, and a trap
that only tears down what this PID created.

Requires StormByte-functions-bash ≥ 1.3.0. Conf keys are unchanged;
convert / export ignore STORAGE_SYSTEM / STORAGE_SIZE.

Added

• Short write extensions: .tgzip, .tbzip2, .txz, .tzd. Also read
  .tzstd, .tar.zst, and the 1.0.0 aliases.
• format_from_extension / canonical_extension — one table for list, use,
  convert and export.
• Stream recompress: pv | decompress | compress > dest.partial && mv.
  Same codec → cp --reflink=auto (fallback cp). Same path → no-op.
• use / rebase re-exec sudo -E when euid != 0. Written stages and
  FILE sidecars packed by this PID are chown'd to SUDO_UID:SUDO_GID.
• Trap inventory (_did_lock, _did_tmp, _did_zram, _partial_path):
  explicit umount of pkg/distfiles/repos/patches/extra and /proc /dev
/sys /run; no rm -rf of a live mountpoint; zram reset only if this
  PID allocated the device and the mount is gone.
• FORCE=1 sets CONFIRM=1 for confirm_yes from functions.sh.
• Docs, man and completion for 2.0.0 (export has no format argument).

Changed

• STORMBYTE_STAGEMANAGER_VERSION 1.0.0 → 2.0.0.
• REQUIRE_STORMBYTE_FUNCTIONS 1.2.0 → 1.3.0.
• convert <stage> <gzip|bzip2|xz|zstd> writes the canonical short name
  next to the source. No extract, no tmpfs/zram, no root.
• export <stage> <dest_folder> is convert with a fixed name
  <stem>-YYYYMMDD.txz and codec xz. Third argument removed.
• set_and_check_file sets codec from the extension; it does not call
  set_compression (that rewrote the output name and rejected .tzd).
• save_changes on rebase takes a destination path that need not exist.
• list / notes / config / convert / export / delete / rename /
  download run as the invoking user.

Fixed

• list showed .tzd then use 0 died with Unknown format: tzd.
• Convert/export no longer unpack a multi-gigabyte tree to change codec.
• Ctrl-C no longer rm -rfs a tree that failed to unmount.
• Vendored functions.sh in the repo is not the source of truth; the
  packaged helper is.

Removed

• export format argument (export <stage> <dir> <format>).
• Root requirement on commands that only touch files.
