Update Instructions for git users

• exit #the ASGS Shell Environment, ./asgsh
• git fetch --all --tags
• git checkout -q 2025.1.release-2
• ./update-asgs "--clean"
• ./init-asgs.sh # rebuild everything
• ./asgsh
• rebuild all versions of ADCIRC
• # ... proceed as you were

If you were using v56.0.4 you will want to use v56.0.4.live.0.
