A small apworld fix release so 1.1 can be listed on the Archipelago Index. Nothing changes in game.
Fixes
- The apworld now loads in stricter Archipelago builds. The manifest (
archipelago.json) declared the apworld container format as version 8, which Archipelago doesn't support. Current releases logged an "invalid manifest" error and loaded it anyway; the Archipelago Index's loader refused it outright, and Archipelago 0.7.0 would too. It's back to 7. - Generation is deterministic again. With Guaranteed Items set or Restricted Item Mode on, the same seed could build a different item pool from one run to the next, because those items were read in an unstable order before the pool was shuffled. They're now read in a fixed order.
Testing
This build passes the full Archipelago Index test suite: unit tests, the options template check, and all eleven fuzz variants at the index's run counts (5,000 generations for the standard runs, 500 for each check), with no failures.
Upgrading
- Replace
drdr.apworldin your Archipelagocustom_worldsfolder. That's the only change that matters. - The mod itself is unchanged apart from its version number. Extracting the new zip over your install is optional, and only updates the version shown in session logs.
- Seeds generated with 1.1.0 keep working.
