New Features:
Reroll NPC:
- Added NPC to reroll Nature (already compatbile with the GBA Save File Exporter), Tera Type, Shiny, Gender, Pokeball of Pokemon as well as refund any Lv. 1 Hatch and get the money back.
- This NPC can be found in Littleroot Town as well as every Mart.
Expanded Bag Size:
- Increased from 30 to 99.
- This required changing of Saveblocks to make space, so OLDER SAVE FILES WILL NO LONGER BE COMPATIBLE.
Added option to skip Teal Mask:
- When you first talk to Carmine1 in Oldale (while you are still Lv. 11), you have the option to SKIP the Teal Mask altogether.

Pokemon fixes:
- Primeape: now has 95 base Speed instead of 105
- Eevee: can now evolve into Espeon with Psychic Energy
- Every Pokemon can now learn every Evolution Move via TM
Learnset fixes:
- Shelgon: now learns Flying Energy & Primal Energy
- Pachirisu: now gets Thunder
- Swadloon: now learns Grass Energy
- Foongus, Amoonguss: now get Seed Bomb & Poison Jab
- Scorbunny: now no longer gets Roost
- Skwovet, Greedent: now no longer get Roost
- Flapple: learnset fixed
- Glimmet, Glimmora: learnsets fixed
- Brute Bonnet: now gets Seed Bomb

Softlock / Game-breaking fixes:
- Removed stray Vanilla Path NPCs

- Added Missing Egg Pokemon (Tandemaus to Normal Egg, Riolu to City Egg, Numel to Desert Egg, Rellor moved from Lv. 20 to Desert Egg, Veluza & Mimikyu to Lv. 20 Egg, Bruxish & Cryogonal to Lv. 30 Egg)
- Quaking Earth Titan Battle no longer takes place in Sandstorm
- Titan fights now give money
- Titan Loyal 3 fight now plays "VS Legendary Beast" battle theme (unused theme in Pokemon Emerald)
- other titan fights now play "VS Regi" battle theme
Quality of Life changes:
- Added text to inform the player to check Key Items at the start of the game
- Improved in-battle Tera Type icons
- Improved Summary Screen with minor changes
- Shortened move descriptions for Focus Energy, Spikes, Rapid Spin to fit in the Summary Screen
- Changed Intro Doozian Growlithe into Doozian Plusle
- Improved Intro sequence to explain the game's mechanics better for new players
- Added a Helper NPC in Littleroot Town with slightly more verbose text from the Intro Sequence for new players
- Changed "Give Pokemon (Basic)" debug command to always give out a Pokemon with 20 IVs and a random, non-STAB Tera Type
- Removed "Give Pokemon (Complex)" debug command because it is no longer needed with the improved "Give Pokemon (Basic)" command + reroll NPC
Feature(s) this PR does NOT handle / Pending Bugs:
- Dazzling / Swiftness / Elegance block negative priority moves as well
- Mesmer-Eyes is not blocked by Ghost-types
- Substitute + Leech Seed combo is broken: the Substitute "takes damage" from the Leech Seed's recovery
