Image Forge — Windows

· Image.Forge.Setup.1.0.1.exe — the normal installer. Most people want this.
· image-forge-portable.exe — no install. It still saves settings on the
computer it runs on, in %APPDATA%\image-forge.

What changed, and what was actually wrong:

Coming from 1.0.0? 1.0.0 lost its settings on every restart. This
version fixes that, but keys typed into 1.0.0 need entering once more.
Then use Settings → Back up to a file.

Windows will show a blue "Windows protected your PC" box the first
time, because the app is not signed with a paid certificate.
Click More info → Run anyway.

Your API keys are never in this build. They stay on your own machine.
