StrawNT 0.7.1.39 — Openable install（nt6）

治本修復「i cant open app」：安裝後 CLI／應用選單／雙擊 .exe 真的開得起來。

本版修復

  • 清除舊 strawwu-open.desktop／指向已刪 /tmp/... 的 TryExec（不再擋雙擊）
  • 應用選單 StrawNT 入口可啟動（status；不再對空 %f 呼叫 open）
  • ~/.local/bin PATH + ~/.config/strawnt/env.sh
  • 證據：tests/strawnt/output/nt6-openable.json（status=PASS, mode=real）

誠實邊界

  • 預設 native PE；不使用 Wine／Proton 底層
  • 不宣稱完整 Windows 相容／反作弊排位／官方 AC 簽章通過／3A 全開
  • 不是任何 OS／ISO／桌面發行版；與 StrawWU OS 無關

最終驗收由 Hermes trigger-verify + mark。
