Add ability to use languages other than English in Cinemeta

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to install Stremio for my mom, since it's easy to use and has a bigger catalogue than most streaming services here, but the issue is that she mostly speaks Russian and only speaks a little bit of English, so the movie and series titles and details should be in Russian. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to change the metadata language from English.

Change the Cinemeta metadata language alongside the UI language, or add an option to change it separately

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried using The Movie Database Addon, which lets you change the languages. However, there are two issues with that:

1. The images don't load due to me and my mom being in Russia (either TMDB or Roskomnadzor currently blocks traffic from Russia, although everything else still comes through thanks to Stremio's add-on architecture)
2. There's no way to hide the default Cinemeta catalogue

Additional context
Might be related to #1139, since when I used MediaElch with Kodi, there was no option in the IMDb scraper to change the language.

Can I have details about why the suggestion was closed as completed? Was it implemented already? Because all descriptions seem to still be in English when I change the UI language, even for Russian movies (using Android phone version here)

Please add this feature.
Removing/hiding Cinemeta and installing TMDB Database fixes this, but it breaks some movies/shows.
