This.. is ButtonBreakSwitch v0.4.0 (Which is probably the Biggest update yet!)
ButtonBreakSwitch v0.4 added a lot of things that are in the original Button Break... with newer stuff, like a cyan background if you keep pressing, and a magenta background if you keep pressing. This update added rumble to the console after every 100 presses and the background changing after every 100 presses.

And do not worry. This app has been tested in applet mode and it works fine.
