fix: added hack to prevent new JoistArray prototypes from "missing" the supports fix: added hack to prevent really small joist array elements from being created (length < self._cantilever_tolerance)
feat: implement graph.plot_elements
- joist arrays were not being spread over the full extent due to incorrect filtering of supports that did not intersect the joist prototype. - added behaviour to skip any joist prototypes that did not hit enough supportable intersections and create a user warning
- Removed relative tolerance from the code base in favour of absolute tolerance
tests: update tests for new geometry shifts
