v2.1 - add support for disabling Title Screen timeouts

Another quick update - this time it is the ability to disable the title screen timing out! The setting will prevent the Title Screen from switching to the "How to Play" video and other subsequent cutscenes. You can enable the setting by adding a line to your config_title.toml file as per the README instructions! This change should be non breaking as the feature is optional, but if there are any issues please write them in the repository's issue page. Thank you!

v2.0 - add in support for hash40 strings/hex ids

Hey all - quick update courtesy of @ThatNintendoNerd's advice; there is now support for hash40 labels. This update is a breaking change (sorry about that!) so please allow the plugin to regenerate the config_title.toml file (or follow the new instructions in the README!) to be in-line with its new usage.
