Fast disk-usage browser for Windows, with direct NTFS Master File Table scanning. Free Software from Struis ICT.

ClutterCutter shows you what's eating your disk in seconds. On NTFS drives it reads the Master File Table directly instead of walking the filesystem, so a full drive of a couple of million files scans in a few seconds. Results appear in a clean, modern UI: a drives sidebar, a sortable table with "% of parent" and free-space bars, a clickable breadcrumb, a live search box, and side-panel views for the biggest, oldest, and safe-to-delete files. A themed Settings page lets you pick your defaults — theme, size units, and which columns to show.

It's a single self-contained ClutterCutter.exe — no installer, and no runtime dependency at all.
