Processing dependencies for VapourBox, downloaded by the app on first launch (the Linux AppImage carries them). Not a download for users. First used by VapourBox 1.5.0.

These are the deps-v1.14.0-rc1 bundles that CI and the nightly tested on every platform, with only the version changed from 1.14.0-rc1 to 1.14.0 (in each file name, each zip's version.json, each delta's baseSha256, and the sidecars). Every other file in every zip is byte-identical to the release candidate.

Added since 1.13.0

  • RIFE 4.26 (r9_mod_v33, MIT) and its model, in vapoursynth/rife/, for frame interpolation.
  • VSNCNN (vs-mlrt v15.16, GPL-3.0), in vapoursynth/ncnn/, for AI upscaling.
    • Windows uses upstream's build.
    • macOS arm64 and Linux x64 are built from source against Tencent ncnn 20260526, with protobuf 3.21.12 and ONNX statically linked.
  • Upscaling models, in vapoursynth/ncnn/models/, each checked by hash:
    • Real-ESRGAN animevideo 2x and 4x (BSD-3-Clause);
    • Real-CUGAN up2x in three denoise strengths: none, conservative and denoise3x (MIT).
  • MoltenVK 1.4.2 (Apache-2.0), in vapoursynth/moltenvk/, macOS only.
  • BM3D r12 (MIT), now on every platform. Until now only macOS arm64 had it.
  • descale r12 (MIT), on every platform, for the new Descale pass.

RIFE, VSNCNN and the models ship on macos-arm64, windows-x64 (both CPU tiers) and linux-x64 (both tiers). They live outside the plugin directory, so they are never autoloaded.

AnimeJaNai's models are not in this bundle: they are non-commercial (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) and the app downloads them as an optional add-on.

Each x64 platform publishes one full bundle plus a small -v2-delta.zip for CPUs older than x86-64-v3, extracted over the bundle. Every zip has a .sha256.json sidecar beside it.
