chore(release): release ropy 0.5.5

Summary

Prepare the 0.5.5 patch release so the release-hosted updater manifest introduced in #150 can be validated end to end.

Changes

• Bump the package, bundle, and lockfile versions from 0.5.4 to 0.5.5.
• Generate the 0.5.5 changelog entry from merged changes.
• Record the release build size baseline.

Testing

• scripts/precheck.sh passes locally
• New / updated tests cover the change
• 455 tests pass
• Release build succeeds
• dist plan resolves archives and checksums for all five targets

Self-Check

• PR title follows Conventional Commits
• No hardcoded user-facing strings — i18n keys added to all locale files
• Errors defined with thiserror (no manual impl Display/Error)
• No unrelated changes mixed in
