Changes:
Changed the Artifact Puzzle and Herald Goal to follow mcguffin logic, requiring AP to give you the 25 artifacts before you can goal. Vault Hunters can no longer give you artifacts from loot tables
Additions:
To complement the new mcguffin goals. The check table now has an "artifacts" tab allowing players to claim artifacts should they be destroyed or lost.
Deathlink messages now rats out the player that sent it.
Fixes:
Fixed Xp and Loot scaling being reset after relogging in.
