Rolls the 4.1.51 server into the app, so a receiver hosted from a phone gets it too.

You no longer need to know what a Maidenhead locator is to list a receiver. The setup page served by the app now offers Work it out for me — from a town name, or from coordinates — in the same words as the Mac and a Pi.

"Apply Changes and Restart VibeServer" replaces "Save changes", which said nothing about the one thing that matters: it restarts the server and listeners reconnect.

Plus everything from build 340: the RDS/UTF-8 fix that stops the waterfall dying, per-band gain locks, the HackRF LNA/VGA split, and the sample-rate pin.
