VibeServer 4.1.47 — gain ceilings can be settings, and the sample rate can be pinned

Owner-side controls on the setup page. Listeners see only the result.

A gain ceiling can now be a SETTING, not just a limit. Tick Lock the gain to these ceilings
and a band you have capped is fixed at that figure — listeners get no gain controls at all on it.
Only the bands you have listed lock; everywhere else keeps the full range exactly as before.

The SDRplay gets an IF ceiling of its own. The RF (LNA) cap is still the right primary control
— it is ahead of the mixer, so it decides whether the front end overloads — but on a radio whose
gain stages are damaged that is not always enough. Offered only while the AGC lock is off, because
a locked AGC owns that control.

The HackRF gets a per-band split. A total is enough to limit with and not enough to set with:
LNA + VGA = 30 dB describes a whole family of radios. A locked HackRF band now carries where
between the two stages that total sits. As a limiter nothing changes.

The sample rate can be PINNED. The dropdown was always a ceiling — a listener could still
choose narrower, which on a shared dial narrows the window for everybody, and on a damaged radio
some rates do not work at all. Tick the new lock and the choice disappears from the listener's
screen.

And the AGC lock now names the right AGC. It said "Lock VibeAGC on" for every radio; VibeAGC is
our own loop for RTL dongles, while an SDRplay and an Airspy HF+ each have their own. The label and
its explanation are now written per radio.
