CanopyOps v0.1.7 reconciles the settled portable package with the later public identity work on main.

- Names cannabis cultivation explicitly in the model-visible skill description, plugin summary, UI short description, package documentation, and custody records.
- Preserves the v0.1.6 operating method, safety boundaries, workflows, deterministic utilities, schemas, examples, and portable package topology.
- Adds a deterministic portable-release builder and renews the manifest, nested Claude archive, checksum, receipt, and verification evidence.
- Retains v0.1.6 unchanged as historical evidence rather than rewriting it in place.
Evidence boundary
The release verifier establishes static structure, safe archive membership, source hashes, and Codex/Claude byte parity for the exact v0.1.7 package. It does not establish installation, discovery, invocation, field fitness, legal correctness, regulatory currency, or customer outcomes.
