AEVORI 0.3.0 · English edition
AEVORI 0.3.0 brings the whole workspace to English, with a real agent-reply demo and a cleaner, checked source tree.
What's new
- English onboarding, chat, agent, settings, model pages, errors, privacy/offline pages, and launcher instructions. Existing conversations and saved content are preserved. Model replies default to English and honor explicit language requests.
- A new code banner, real reply GIF, English screenshots, and status badges in the README.
- Focused task, device, and modal components; shared types and navigation; consistent formatting and strict unused-code checks.
- One validation command:
npm run check. All 36 tests, TypeScript checks, formatting, and the production build pass on Linux and macOS CI. - A contributor guide and more reliable integration tests that select a temporary port.
Start on your Mac

- Apple silicon:
AEVORI-0.3.0-macOS-arm64.zip - Intel:
AEVORI-0.3.0-macOS-x64.zip
Node.js is included. No npm install or build is required. Install Ollama and a suitable model separately for local AI, for example ollama pull gemma3:4b.

Verification and boundaries
The Apple-silicon archive was extracted and launched with its bundled runtime. Health checks, local model discovery, and repeated launcher invocation passed. Both archives and SHA-256 files were checked; the Intel binary has not been run on an Intel Mac.
This is an unsigned preview, not a notarized native Mac application. Phone access needs a configured HTTPS route to your running Mac. Agent updates are in-app messages, not SMS or push. The agent has no browser, shell, email, or payment control.
Original code is MIT licensed with explicit asset and third-party exclusions. The supplied rounded wordmark still has unverified rights; this release does not claim legal clearance. See LICENSE and ASSETS.md.
AEVORI 0.2.1 · Rounded branding & provider review
AEVORI 0.2.1 restores the requested rounded wordmark across the app, icons and banner. Its source/rights remain unverified; the supplied artwork and its derivatives are explicitly excluded from MIT. This release is not a legal clearance of the logo.
Provider brand logos have been replaced by neutral icons. The optional Meta connection is identified as an independent API client and links to the applicable terms, usage policy and local privacy explanation. No Meta model weights, character assets, API keys or Muse Code binaries are bundled.
Read the logo and Meta review.
Download the ZIP for your Mac, extract it and open Aevori starten.command. Local AI needs Ollama and a separately installed model. This remains an unsigned preview, not a notarized native application. The 36 tests and production build pass; light/dark/mobile branding and cloud disclosures were checked in the browser. No live Meta account was used for these checks. Intel hardware remains untested.
AEVORI 0.2 · Intelligence, locally.
Aevori — Intelligence, locally.
A personal AI workspace for macOS: local chat, original animated characters, a persistent agent conversation, editable memory, notes, tasks, themes and a responsive mobile interface.
Download and open
- Apple silicon (M1 or newer): download
AEVORI-0.2.0-macOS-arm64.zip. - Intel: download
AEVORI-0.2.0-macOS-x64.zip(built and integrity-checked; not run on an Intel Mac in this release review). - Unzip, move the complete Aevori folder somewhere permanent and open Aevori starten.command.
- The browser opens at http://localhost:5190. Keep the Terminal window open; Control+C stops AEVORI.
Node.js 22.23.3 is included and checked against the official Node distribution checksum. No npm setup or build commands are needed. Local intelligence requires Ollama and a separately installed model, such as ollama pull gemma3:4b.
What was checked
36 automated tests and the production build pass on macOS and Linux CI. Live local chat, a text attachment, agent messages, onboarding, keyboard behavior, themes and desktop/mobile layouts were checked. The Apple-silicon archive was extracted and launched using its bundled runtime. Dependency audit: no known vulnerabilities reported at release time.
Preview boundaries
This is an unsigned, non-notarized preview, not a native installer. macOS may require a manual security review on first launch. No security protections are disabled. Data stays local unless you deliberately select a cloud provider or configure team access; local storage is not encrypted by AEVORI. Phone access requires an authenticated HTTPS route to your running Mac, configured separately. Agent messages are in-app, not SMS or push notifications.
The public repository contains a clean source snapshot with original AEVORI branding. Unclear-rights legacy artwork and private development history are excluded. Third-party code retains its own license terms. See asset provenance and the release review for legal and testing limits.
SHA-256 files accompany both downloads. Verify with shasum -a 256 -c <download>.zip.sha256 in your download folder.
