• Add smoke layer behind dialog on parent window like Microsoft.UI.Xaml.ContentDialog and you can control whether to enable it and customize it (inspired by GitHub issue #2)
• Fix parent window flashing after closing dialog window.
• Add Open() method and Opened event for ContentDialogWindow.
• Use Open() to show ContentDialogWindow after or when Loaded instead of Activate() and AppWindow.Show(), because Open() triggers Opened event while other do not.
