Refactor

What's Changed

• Big refactor, both for the modules and the repo itself. Brought up to modern python standards and should be the basis for changes going forward. All functionality is backwards compatible.

Initial import

Initial import of repository into the new organization. This is the version that has been in use for a few years now without any changes.
