Whisper CPP v1.7.2

Initial commit (history squashed 2026-06-03)

Squashed 104 commits of history into a single root commit to keep the
clone size manageable — the repo is a release-asset host, and the bulk
of the prior pack was old binary blobs that had been replaced. Release
assets (whispercpp-186, tesseract550, ffmpeg-v8, etc.) are stored
separately by GitHub and are unaffected; this commit only re-anchors
the tags' commit pointers.

Pre-squash master is preserved at the `pre-squash-backup-20260603`
branch for two-week safety review.
