Fix #328
In order to overcome differences between operating systems, we will ship a default font.
Unless told otherwise, I would go for Tiresias, since it's used in subtitles for digital terrestrial television (DVB-T) in the UK and the Sky Digital satellite service (DVB-S) targeting the UK and Ireland.
