Stims are organized into three tiers reflecting their power and crafting complexity. Higher tiers require rarer ingredients or multi-step crafting.

| 🟤 Brown | Coagulin Shot | Removes all bleeding sources instantly. Doesn't heal — just buys time. |
| 🟢 Green | Immunex Serum | Clears all active modifiers (sickness, infection, etc.), +15 HP, max stamina, activates painkillers. |
| 🟠 Orange | Frenzy Dose | +60 shock, activates epinephrine. Combat adrenaline spike for aggressive pushes. |
| 🩷 Pink | Stabilin Pop | Activates epinephrine + painkillers, -30 shock. Reduces weapon sway and improves recoil control. |

Shock Note: +shock values mean the stim adds shock resistance, making you harder to knock unconscious. Too much at once can still knock you out — use wisely.

Tip: Look for medical zombies around hospitals, clinics, and medical buildings. Paramedics in Blue and Green have the best loot tables — they carry both advanced medical supplies AND stims.

- 🔵 Blue — Max stamina + reduced shock. Run and gun.
- 🟤 Brown — Stops all bleeding instantly. Emergency bandage replacement.
- 🟢 Green — Clears all diseases/infections. The cure-all.
- 🟠 Orange — Big shock boost + epinephrine. Push aggressively.
- 🩷 Pink — Epinephrine + painkillers + shock reduction. Steady aim.
- 🟣 Purple — Shock + epinephrine, but costs 10 HP. Risky.
- 🔴 Red — Full HP, painkillers. Best pure heal.
- 🟡 Yellow — Max food/water + warmth. Long-haul survival.
- ⚫ Black — Full HP + shock + stamina + water + energy + painkillers. Best overall, hardest to craft (requires Pink stim → then combine with PO-X).
Q: What does "+shock" mean? Will it knock me out?
A: Shock in DayZ determines consciousness. Adding shock resistance makes you harder to knock out from hits. However, stacking too much stimulant shock at once can have the opposite effect — moderation matters.
Q: Is CZ Stims compatible with InediaPain?
A: Not officially tested. If you run into issues, report them on the Discord.
Q: Can I find stims without crafting?
A: Yes — all 9 stims and the injector case can drop from medical zombies (doctors, nurses, paramedics, patients). See the Zombie Spawn Info section above.
