Thanks, hadn't made an issue for this yet. They should be radio buttons.

We could (but I don't think we want to) make the input type dynamic based on the number of options (i.e. always radio if 4 or less options).

On the backend it's often filing_component (lead/attachment, might be auto selected), document_type (confidentiality), etc. Like you mention in #123 , there can be more than 2 party types, I've seen max 5 or 6 in some cases, so idk if we want to have that always be radio.

Radio buttons are always the better interface choice for usability - one click instead of 3 minimum (plus scrolling). But the tradeoff can make sense if you have a ton of options. 6 is still in radio button territory.
